Shipping and Returns

Our typical handling time is 1-3 business days, however; due to Covid-19 shipping times may be delayed  4-7 business days. We appreciate your patience. 

Package Tracking: Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number provided at checkout, or saved in your customer account. 

Handling: Handling time may delayed up to 7 business days due to Covid-19. 

Priority Mail Expedited Shipping: All Poppy Seed orders ship FREE USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail estimated transit time is typically 1-4 days depending on the region of the address (not including handling time).The USPS does not count the day packages are shipped in the 1-4 day shipping estimate.

First Class Shipping: Vegetable seeds, Melon seeds, Chia seeds, and Sesame seeds ship USPS First-Class Mail. Estimated shipping time is 1-5 days. 

Returns: We do not accept returns on poppy seeds, as they are a perishiable food item. We highly recommend purchasing a small size before placing a large order.

Cancellation Requests: We try to cancel orders, if requested, as soon as we receive the cancelation request. We cannot guarantee cancelation of orders after the order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once postage has been purchased for the order.
